When required, we will obtain your express consent for the use of your personal information.

BCEA – Conditions Of Service
- Payment for services shall be in full prior to the work beginning.
- BCEA charges travel costs to cover extra KM, time, and Ferry cost outside of our 60 km zone.
- 48-hour written or phone notice is required for changes to booked appointments.
- Service refunds for rescheduling or cancellation without 48-hours notice
a). 100% refund for rescheduling an appointment received 48-hours before the scheduled time or date assumed at 12 noon.
b). 50% rescheduling fee if not received 48-hours before the scheduled time or date assumed at 12 noon.
c). 0% cancellation fee if not received 48-hours before the scheduled time or date assumed at 12 noon.
